After the three weeks of October, Nasdaq volatility will cease significantly, and we can see some serious appreciation till April, 2001. In that time SSTI will see new highs. IMHO, 2001 will be much better than 2000, since the interest rate scare of 2000 won't be as troublesome in 2001.
