Dan, Thanks. You're wrong about a "little" confused about convertibles. Actually I'm VERY confused when it comes to convertible bonds. It's not my area of expertise and I wasn't quite sure how they worked. (I just knew I was doing something wrong trying to get the top down ; ) I had just enough knowledge to (1) sound like an idiot (2) be dangerous with a "little" knowledge. Thanks for the detailed explanation. Much appreciated. Jeffery E Forrest My knowledge of Convertibles aside, would you agree that IOMG is in DEBT at more than what would be considered a comfortable level?
