Medicine is moving so fast and in so many ways that one "center" doesn't cut it. Up to the Internet, we had "Medicine 1.0," where you, the supplicant in your white robe, was instructed by the all-seeing Oz.

For those who understand what is going on, we are moving to "Medicine 2.0," where you become very knowledgable about your particular problems, and use a Doctor as an expert guide.

Everything is out there on the net.
