Robert, regarding point#2, the easiest way to see why Dell computers are better the others is to read PC World magazine or most PC surveys on price/performance. Dell dominates most categories in the #1 spot. In some categories they are 1,2 &3. So what is so hard to figure out. Also, in case you missed my post yesterday, read this: businessweek.com Good luck Drew
