In a report by OPCO analyst from this morning titled
"Surf's Up" there were two references to ASND.

1.ASND based ISPs are nowhere near ready to deliver 56kbps access
services

2.An ISP based in Atlanta stated that they do not believe the PSTN will
support 56k technology. Since there POPs in NYC are all based on ASND
access servers, they most likely will not roll out here, at least for
some time. (investors should note that USRobotics has recently
announced that it has won this account in a competitive displacement
of ASND based on the x2 technology.
