If you don't sell your stock is worth only the paper it is printed on. It expires like an option if the deal is approved by the bankruptcy court judge. In the highly unlikely event the judge does not approve then the current stock still represents the equity of the business.

SELL and recoup something.

To all: who would be the buyers of this stock, now? Shorts covering?
