Those who have been exposed to it, which is a considerable chunk of NYC and NJ, will likely be immune. One could speculate how this will further polarize the Red/Blue areas as some will be able to go back to work while others begin to take the brunt of the 2nd wave.

From a practical pov, we should track the mortality rate after a state opens up. If 3 weeks later it spikes up, you know they are in trouble.
