To anyone - Can anyone explain how John acquired PRWT. How did the reverse merger come about? Did he pay cash or take a bankrupt company over by being appointed by the courts? I'm holding a bu**load (another 100K yesterday) of this stock and am very comfortable with the company. Just watching the thread tonight made me wonder about the very start (not PRWT, but when John took the reins). John
