I have received a number of emails and PM's asking if I am still in NUOA so I thought I would reply through the thread.

I still have about 20% of my original position. I needed a tax loss for 1998 and 1999. I put most of the proceeds from the sales in NPEC and MDIN and fortunately have done well.

When both stocks end their run, I may buy even more shares of NUOA then I had if we are closer to the financing, the court awards us the entire Gammarth property, or if a number of the Hammamet hotels were completed.

I have not communicated with anyone at NUOA in over a month but will shortly.

Someone's friend on this thread was to be in Tunisia about this time. Did they end up going and what did they see regarding how far along the Gammarth commercial complex is and how many Hammamet hotels are completed?
