You missed <sniff> my <sob> my post ? My feelings are hurt ! <<you mentioned that the SEC was still not satisfied>> I said that without reading the filings and said it as the SEC has required these additional amendments , which I am still <argggh> printing and have not read which is now over 100 pages and that's just the FIRST of yesterday's 2 filings !! As far as EDGAR .. I have a subscription and can view all filings immediately and yes you are right there is a 24 to 72 hour waiting period on a lot of filings but that Yahoo/Edgar link seems to be a way around that for non-subscribers. Hang onto it and just change the symbol at the end for other companies. Rob
