The meeting scheduled for 9/23 thru 10/3 at Sao Tome with Mobil,Schlumberger, ERHC and the Government is intended to result in a final production sharing agreement signed by all interested parties.At that time the Mobil/Schlumberger seismic data will be disclosed. Based on the substantial and very successful drilling activity in the Gulf of Guinea, it is expected that this seismic data will indicate a substantial presence of oil within the SaoTome territory. A large portion of this territory has been blocked for future exploration. We could expect substantial interest by other major oil companies in these blocks.
