May I remind you that the Constitution was amended
to abolish slavery?

If abortion is so "popular", why not just amend the
Constitution to take precedence over all state laws
related to abortion?

I have posted a long list of liberal pro-choice legal
scholars who are also critical of the legal basis of the
Roe decision.
