Greetings Nancy my sister in Christ, Please , please understand I have in no way defamed the present state of Israel or any other nation when it comes to their culture and heritage. That is not my intent. It is as I have previously stated it is because of the promise made to Abraham and carried to fullfillment by the nation of Israel, that I, a gentile have been grafted in to the cultivated olive tree. I share a special burden for Israel today as the Apostle Paul did. He declared from personal experience that the only way to God this side of Calvary was through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, shed for all mankind. No longer did God confine Himself to dealing with one nation but opened salvation to all mankind beginning with the jew first and then the gentile world. The longsufferring of God toward the nation of Israel finally culminated around 70A.D. when Jerusalem was utterly destroyed and the Old Covenant finally passed away. I love the Jewish people no more or no less than any other race on this planet,but God has absolutetly stated that now they must come via the same way as all nations, the Lord Jesus Christ. Nancy I respect your beliefs but I cannot and will not compromise the " Gospel of Our Lord and Saviour , Jesus Christ. God is no longer concerned what type of blood we have in our veins but what " faith " we have in our heart. I realize much has been said to yourself and Allan but in the stillness of your heart please ask Our Lord to show you both, what the brethren who truly love you, are trying to communicate to you.
