To All, Re: Number of shares outstanding: The all important number is the 2 million extra shares supposedly created by naked short selling by market makers. That number first appears in post #229: techstocks.com. Judge for yourself. Also , in addition to the 1.1 M public float, OVIS has filed an S-8 for, and may already have issued, 1.8 million additional shares. Those shares are primarily for the CEO and for the President in lieu of salary. Information in the last paragraph of the following article: olympusventures.com
