I have a question for those knowledgeable of Java. If Corel is waiting for a new Java release before it puts out the final Office for Java, why aren't IBM/Applix/etc. waiting for this release too? (Or are they?) Can I presume that these companies are more interested in getting their Java products out now then waiting and making them better?

If that is correct, I am worried that this will mean Corel is behind in the game. (I know it's been said already.) Presumably, their Office will be better for having waited, but I think we've seen that quality products _alone_ are not what is going to put Corel ahead. I hope I've got it all wrong!
