Yes, but no cash -only 9 mill- to support the working capital,cap ex and ramp up required if they can find the customers who will take the risk that they can execute on the new business. This is the main problem and probably accounts for the weakness IMO. Both Companies needed a strong partner to join with. I hope they can pull it together but there seems to be a lot of sellers after the news . Rich
