~The closing prices of homes for sale this month in P.A. averaged 35% above the asking prices. (I'm serious.)~ Really? Good news for me. Anyone interested in a contemporary 3200 sq ft 4 bd room? Granite, corian, 2 fire places and a 3 car gar? I have two lots in a "riztey" (sp) development where all the Doctors build. They have been for sle for two years and they are the only two lots side by side left:-(
