Elite Technologies Opens New Subsidiary
ATLANTA, Dec 13, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Elite Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCH chart, msgs) announced that it has opened Intelligent Software Solutions, Inc. (ISS) as a new wholly owned subsidiary. ISS is currently providing the distribution of packaged Software applications, Silicon chips, memory, and IC chip products. ISS, in its first 60 days of operation, has surpassed over $200,000 in revenues.

Elite is projecting ISS to exceed $400,000.00 in revenues for the next quarter.
