And... as far as company stock in the compensation plan... nothing else aligns the employee's interests with the company's success nearly as well....] --- "I doubt they will attract quality executives without a good bonus plan." A) PLENTY of quality people looking for work in financial services right now. ( No shortage. <g>) and, B) Like I already said --- NOTHING aligns a person's interests with the long-term performance of the company they work at quite as well as COMPANY STOCK. :-)
