Thanks for replying, Robert. In the store, the salesman had me using AOL as the ISP. I was able to access one account, but he seemed stumped as to how to access the other on the second monitor. Am I right in visualizing the second monitor as an "extension" of the first? As in double the workspace? If that is correct, how on the second screen would I go about accessing a second account? Forgive me for sounding simple but I don't know the basics here. The second screen, set up in the store, was totally blank. How did you fill your second screen up with the sorts of icons or whatever needed to open a second account? Thanks in advance.
