Hello Grant: You are correct. The Lord has been answering us in miraculous ways. If you really think about it this medium is like you emphasize, out there for the whole world to see. I have always thought that my reputation or yours is never on the line. Once The Lord has our request in His Court; the resolution is the Lord's. It is His reputation that is ultimately on the line. I have always thought that someone would ask for a "reference" or a proof that a healing actually did take place but have you noticed it has never happened. Those that believe will do so , and those that do not will not entertain the idea nor care if a true miracle took place. I also have through personal experience noticed that God will leave a way of escape; so that we still have to believe by faith that a true miracle took place.In other words the situation will so evolve that a doubting mind can always try to explain away a true miracle. Example. A miracle did not really take place because the doctor misdiagnosed cancer in the beginning. I will pray for your job situation and ask the Lord to give you a peace about your job. I am asking that the Lord not have more put on you than you are capable of bearing. The Lord in our service to Him requires "reasonable service". I can even envision Christ walking ahead of his disciples pushing them onward to a town or to an appointment. But Grant, I have had people work for me for 25 years. Sometimes I will push them very hard when a lot of work must be finished. But I have always been reluctant to work them hard on a Monday for example. I feel it takes a day to get back into the swing of things. If I do work them over on Saturdays it is usually 1/2 day. If we work on a job until 11 or 12 at night; I let them sleep a little longer the next morning. Or I'll buy dinner that night or lunch the next day. If we are so covered up I can't see my way through I am always with them every step of the way. I'm going to be the last one out the door that day. Once Alexander the Great led his men to a spring for a drink of water after crossing a desert. He took 1/2 of what their ration had been for himself while in the crossing. Once they got to the spring he let all 50,000 of his men drink B/4 he took a drink himself . So it may be we should pray for your bosses and ask that they go back to the potters house for a refreshment course in leadership. That mentioned. That accomplished. In Christ.gregor
