Great News! I am sure this is just the beginning of a new chapter for Naxos. Quite possibly, some (potential) financial backers with deep pockets were requiring this step in order to be able to proceed with the deal. Just speculating here. I would like to congratulate Jimmy John for making this wise move. Naxos was (and still is) his baby and it must have been hard for him to step down just before the company gets ready for success. He did it for the benefit of the company and its share holders. I think his move will be richly rewarded, monetarily and also in terms of respect. Thank you, Jimmy! Kurt
