M. Mills, what you bothered to leave out...rumors were pushing U.S.
Robotics into the 40's less than 2 months ago (at 72 now) and people
were wondering what was causing the stock to get hit so bad.

If there is a rumor that is causing a loss of financial value, which
is a very distressing thing, they have the right to know....

If there was a basis of a real fundamental change of the company,
they have the right to know.

Come on, you must see this for yourself if you are into investing in
the stock market.
