Anybody Here? The ol' BCG stock sure is sliding down the slope lately. I've been following the Yahoo thread which has recent BCG buyout rumors that are spreading quickly. I would like to know if anyone has heard any of these from "reputable" sources. I also received this BCG press release which follows:

Boston Communications Group Launches First User of Toll Limitation Services in United States June 11, 1998 7:17 AM EDT
WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1998--Boston Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCGI) today announced that it is the provider for the first launch of Toll Limitation Services in the United States.
Mr. Peter T. Zuyus, Sr., Vice President and General Manager of BCG's Systems Division, commented, "The deployment of the first TLS package in the nation by Sherwood Telephone Company has set the stage for telephone companies throughout the U.S. to commit to compliance with FCC requirements while enhancing their revenues and bottom line profits."
Toll Limitation Service enables telephone companies to limit the amount of toll calls made by a customer allowing the companies to meet the requirements of FCC 97-157, Docket 96- 45, which require telephone companies to provide long distance calling to all subscribers, even those who don't meet the standard credit requirements. BCG introduced the TLS feature package as a part of its VISION platform applications, which include voice mail, fax mail and calling card.
According to Mr. Mike Woodring, General Manager of Sherwood Telephone Company, "As a rural cooperative telephone company, we take pleasure in the fact that we are one of the first companies in the United States to be in compliance with FCC requirements. We have been very pleased with the BCG voice systems, so when we looked for a way to allow all of our subscribers access to toll calling, we weren't surprised that the best solution was BCG's TLS services."
