I like your analysis and your (radical) suggestions for improving income. And I have noticed a great improvement in service and some improvement in food over the past year. I would also suggest that they either drop or are more careful about their "110%" satisfaction program. They give this free meal and 10% discount away much too easily for the smallest compaint. I have been offered it and, as a shareholder, have turned it down (sometimes). They might be better off with more special offers/discounts via the mail and newspaper inserts.
