LCI to be acquired by Qwest. LCI currently up 5 @ 39 1/4.

LD players are dwindling and Frontier is one of the few solo players left. Frontier currently up 2 at 30 on speculation of a likely acquisition/merger in the near future (w/i 3-6 months---maybe sooner).

I guess my timeline last week for the low 30's was a little conservative.
