Meteor arranges special warrant financing Meteor Minerals Inc MMI Shares issued 13,902,820 Jul 28 close $0.20 Thu 29 Jul 99 News Release Mr. Jonathan George reports The company has entered into a non-brokered private placement of 315,000 special warrants at a price of 20 cents per special warrant. Each special warrant will entitle the purchaser to receive one unit of the company, comprising one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for one share at 20 cents in the first year and at 25 cents in the second year.
