Some "fundamental" answers. The last financial data we have is from the 3/31 10-Q so we will know more when the 10-K through June 30 comes out.

For the nine months ended 3/31, revenues were $205,000 with cost of sales $53,000 and a 75% gross margin. General and administrative expenses were $330,000 (annualized to $440,000 for our purposes).

If OVIS can ramp up production to a few million and control SGA costs, they will cover their overhead easily. Tonto should look at the bigger picture instead of just a wage/revenue calculation.
