New to this thread... Is anyone aware of a REIT / CREIT that focuses on trailer parks? It appears office portfolios are King, but what a fantastic niche trailer parks would be...lower cost base, larger consumer base, higher inertia to economic downturns! Any opinions? I'll post the same on a more generic REIT thread.
