Bernard: Thanks, I'll check out the SEC filing (maybe). The board composition is always a concern to me in these type of tightly held companies. I thought I read recently where some company was promised a seat on the board for buying some of the spectrum. But I have almost lost complete and total interest here (especially since I recovered old losses -- remember the auction -- seems it went from eight to four a second after they announce yet another deluting finance agreement -- took me two weeks get just get my breath back!-- in one of those spikes to the upside recently -- I think it was Cisco related or some such nonsense -- it happened just as you said in your post, only I played the other side of the coin -- went in at four and out before 8).
