My research indicated that the crucial part of opening an offshore account was forming the IBC. Once the IBC is formed, you can open the account at whichever brokerage firm you would like. Most offshore brokerage firms will not even talk to US citizens, however, they will speak with and American that is acting as an investment advisor to an IBC corporate account.
