To all, No responses posted to stockholders resolutions ? Is everyone dead, or just in a don't-care mode at this point ?

I finally voted for all resolutions except #9 and 10. 9 was the incentive options, and 10 was permission to do anything else they wanted.

For #9, I think management is getting enough benefit from this deal already. They don't need additional incentives besides. For #10, I just don't like signing blank checks.
