I believe MRVC's products compare VERY well with the competition, first they have Intel and Fujistu marketing, second the latest technology (gigabit ethernet), and third they make them cheaper than the big boys(CSCO and BAY). Read the sharehold meeting report on the better margins and cost efficient production of the switches. I don't think the employment or non-employment of ADSL will have much of an impact on MRVC. MRVC is diversified in two exploding markets that are growing and tremendous annual rates, fiber optics and network ethernet switches. Although internet switches indirectly play a part, I believe most of MRVC's earnings from the switches will come from corporate LANs needing Fast Ethernet adaptors (OEM with INtel) and Megaswitch ethernet switches. So ADSL abortion (if that happens) really isn't directly related to MRVC's future. Even if ADSL doesn't take off, MRVC's fiber optics will be in great demand for general telecommunications and internet infrastructure upgrades. Read the reports from the shareholder meetings and call MRVC for the investor's packet at 818-773-9044. It will answer your questions. Tae Kim
