Dear Guru: Any comments on the request of CLP.V (Colossal Resources) to delist from the VSE? This obviously is
related to the extended halt of VEC. Is this a sign that Colossal is entering a promotion cycle? Regards

RESPONSE: You are getting very warm and congrats on the deduction! We have been waiting for CLP to bottom
and cobalt prices to firm up for 4 months, before releasing our special report on the company. We will probably
email it within a week.
