Do you have anything rational to add to the debate?

Answer me this, do you believe the First Amendment to the Constitution trumps all other concerns and gives the press the right to publish whatever if chooses?

For the sake of discussion, I'll quote the First Amendment for you:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Now, again, do you believe the language that "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom ... of the press" gives the media carte blanche to print whatever they see fit?

Do you disagree with JLA's comment that time, place and manner restrictions (which have been upheld in various free speech contexts) apply?
