I hate to be a pessimist, but that PR was released so that the company could further dilute shares. Every time CLYP shows up on the ASK...the company is selling shares...and he always downticks us... This company will go nowhere if this dilution does not stop. Who would have thought that we would be DOWN %20 the day after the JV is signed...what a joke.
