Hi folks, I have been looking at this company this weekend and the YPEG fair value for this company is around $16.75. (YPEG as defined by the motley fools) This does not include the planned share buy back so the fair value should be something north of this number after the transactions are complete. Looks like a good risk/reward rato to me. Think I will buy some. Joan
