Good evening Keith,
There are a couple of newsletter writers who follow Altair. One of them has mentioned recently during his weekly updates, that a brockerage house will soon put out a buy rating on ALTIF. His 12 month prediction is $20-30/share or higher if a buy out situation were to occur. Obviously, the eventual price/share depends on a number of factors:

1) The reserves present on the Tenn. property. Since Altair owns exclusive rights to this property, mining for Titanium(sp) could be very profitable for this company.

2) The Jig has tremendous potential for mining firms. Imagine if you could salvage a good percentage of the minerals that you are mining that would have otherwise been discarded. Dupont has done a set of tests using the jig. Additionally, we know that a coal mining firm from the midwest conducted tests associated with a university in the state of Ill. a number of months ago.

Whether to sell at these levels is an interesting question. Obviously, if you bought these shares in July when they were below $5/share, you are sitting on a nice profit. However, I suspect that there may still be some upside from these levels over the short term given the dramatic rise in price as well as the volume associated with this company. Ever get the feeling that somebody knows something that the rest of us don't???

Sincerely,

Jas
