Bravo,Dimethaid

I'll second that, arizzzona.

Again Rebecca strikes with a gutsey move. Even if Provalis has some contractual defense against REK's claims, which seems unlikely, the publicity will be positive. The value of Pennsaid will be highlighted as Provalis fights to keep it.

For those of us who reserve the right of skepticism about J n J's commitment to Dimethaid, this U.K. situation could be an acid test. In North America, so the story goes, JnJ will not publicly commit until regulatory approval is given. No such problem is present in the U.K., therefore what would prevent JnJ from marketing Pennsaid over there.
