This lawsuit stuff seems to be holding Microsoft stock back somewhat. On a day when the S&P is up over a percent, Microsoft would normally be up a few points. Any thoughts on when the weight will be lifted and propel MSFT into the 120's? October, pre earnings? Joe S.
