No, earnings later today. I think we should all know the game the street plays. Furman reit strong buy, target less then 10% from where we are - stock moves up, Furman looks good. From there, can put out hold rec, totally reasonable based on price target, or reit strong buy w/ new price target. Sound familiar? Yup. S.
