Bruce, the active participation of Bo O'Brien was key to keeping GRNO in operation up to the point that the stock took off. Naturally I wish we investors would have been kept fully apprised of what was going on, specifically that Bo was RecOil, but I am not qualified to pass judgement on the legalities of how Bo supported GRNO. In fact, I am not qualified to pass judgement on the qualifications of Gambrell & Stolz (GRNO's previous law firm); Hornsby, Sacher, Zelman, Stanton, Paul & Beiley (the lawyers in Miami); Michael S. Seekings, Esquire, (local co-counsel for the Miami lawyers); Robert Bartley Turner, Esquire (lawyer with tort lawyers); Savage, Herndon & Turner in Savannah (tort lawyers suing G&S); Robert Bartley Turner, Robert Scot Kraeuter (lawyers for tort lawyers in Georgia); Joye Law Firm in North Charleston, (local counsel for tort lawyers); Robert W. Jones, Esquire, PhD (who will testify that the acts and omissions of G&S fell below the standard of care); or even the SEC lawyers Edward G. Sullivan, Senior Trial Counsel, and Alex Rue, Staff Attorney.
I met GRNO's attorney for environmental affairs at the stockholders meeting. He told me things that did not pan out. I am not able to pass judgement on his qualifications either. How much money did GRNO pay out to the lawyer who was supposed to handle the patent?
Bill says Mr. Anderson told him not to send money to the lawyers who would get the private ruling for the IRS tax credits until he had the ruling that GRNO produced synthetic fuel. Maybe that wasn't such bad advice after all.
We can sit before our TVs and watch our president say what we know in our hearts is not true, just as we have done with previous presidents such as Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon. These are people who have been deeply immersed in the legal system and have reached the top of it. They are the ones who say what is legal and illegal and have the physical power to enforce it, as the SEC has in our case. We are not qualified and have no power over them. They can squash us like bugs.
