HenryD, I am very much looking forward to seeing Cohu's earnings release. It is amazing that TER is at around $23 while Cohu is still around $15. Cohu has done better from an earnings perspective for several years (on a per share basis) and yet TER trades at a much higher multiple. As I said previously, TER could easily afford to offer 1.3 to 1.5 TER shares for Cohu in an acquisition and due to Cohu's low PE and PSR achieve a non-dilutive acquisition. At current prices that would represent almost a doubling of Cohu's share price! Needless to say either Cohu is undervalued or TER is overvalued and I do not believe that TER is overvalued. Personally, I believe the semi industry is rounding the corner. Time will tell!. I sure hope the earnings release is favorable relative to the very low expectations for the industry. Good luck!
