<<That's interesting. I'm short ALTIF and HEB but I haven't received any messages regarding the call-in.>>

Datek does a lottery in terms of whose shares they should call back, per Datek customer service. I guess you are just lucky this time. But it should give you an alert. Next time when they need your share, the price might be even higher than now, but what do I know.

For those who shorted HEB and want to hold over the weekend, perhaps should listen to their conference call on Wed. Sep. 23. It might change your idea. There are 21.7 million of shares outstanding, and only 6.7 million shares of float, and as of 9/8, there were 1.93 million shares of short, and I would say now the short volume perhaps well over 2 million. So when the squeeze comes, it will be bad.

And now AMEX is investigating HEB illegal short since Wed., and they found out a numerous of brokers all said they borrowed the shares from Canada, where has less regulation than here. But even if Canada requires to deliver the shares within 8 days.

The HEB CEO Dr. Carter said he is already invited by CNBC and CNN for interview, and he said he will be glad to do it. And the company is preparing the press release and will be released any time now. And the company is preparing the law suit against Asensio (sp?). The list is on and on ... I think Asensio might nail a wrong company this time.

Good luck.
