Yup from Canada Joe :) The way I read it is: Marengi has been working the deal for months. Marengi says "Eric and I a good friends" Marengi goes to Novonyx and Eric get him out of his hair. No exit package. Marengi is happy Eric is happy FWIW Jean :))
