Randy: excellent non-response. It would seem,as much as Morgan likes to sue, he would be sueing the real owners of the stock certificate in question. DD PS: the longer this merger or non-merger is delayed, the longer we'll have to wait for financials,and if those financials are based on OVIS performance only--ROFL!!!
