I appreciate your note. But why then did Coms purchase USRX? The margins in the RAC market are still good. USRX has about 28% of that market. It must be a sought after market since CSCO and BAY have been actively persuing it strongly as of late. LU too with their aquisition of Livingston. The consumer modem companies such as BOCA and ZOOM are really hurting. Glenn
