Turek used PLNI stock to extricate himself from his personal bankruptcy. It’s not going to look good for his bankruptcy lawyer, now on the board, that he allowed Turek to rob Peter to pay Paul. In fact, C Edwin Rude Jr.'s only recourse might be to blow the whistle to federal authorities ASAP for fear of implication himself. We could be talking serious jail time if this happens. - Jeff
