This is a solicitation and a small business setaside. The list of equipment will be faxed to vendors so please call or fax your request for this list immediately to the Contracting Officer at the numbers listed above. This certification can be found at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, and if the vendor does not have a copy, please call the Contracting Officer and a copy will be faxed to the requestor. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the to the Govt. (i.e. that which represents the best value to the Government), cost or price and other factors including time period required for delivery to consolidation point in Ft. Worth, TX. The combined relative merit of the technical evaluation factors listed above will be more significant than cost or price in the selection of the contractor. While the cost or price factor has no numerical weight, it is a criterion in the overall basis of award. The proposed cost or price must be considered reasonable and must reflect the proposed technical requirements for the items. The Government may award a contract to other than the lowest priced offer. In the event that two or more offers are considered technically equivalent, the evaluated cost or price and delivery time to Ft.
