10-4, Tom,

That's why the $4.8MM cash infusion into LFZA in the next two+ months is fairly significant in my view. SSP won't put "..pinkies.." on the list (...grrrrrrrrrr...), but I think he will when LFZA gets re-listed.

Last I heard, the two-continent bookkeeping was all done for their 10KSB (..or whatever..) to get them back on the otcbb. The new money will include funding for the CPA/filing.

This little specialty car company (..with armored PSVs for 1/3 the price of kludged-up Lincolns or M-Bs, etc...) has the doors open, the lights on, and the (FREE) phone gets answered usually by the 2nd ring (800) 523-6792. laforza.com

Dave Hops (CEO) is now home with the 104-degree post-Mexico heebeegeebee's, but Bob Miller should be there to field questions.

I got a call from a neighbor (who also has a few LFZA shares) who was doing the Margueritaville thing in Mexico, and went to the AUTOEXPO show. He said the interest in the Laforza - which was part of the FERRARI display booth - was significant, and that more than a dozen folks (with checkbooks in hand) had to be told "..not yet.." because the Prototype on display is not currently in full production. (..CA law apparently says "no deposits" on non-production vehicles in these circumstances..).

$500.00 will currently garner one about 36K shares of Laforza, so the rewards seem to outweigh the risks as it was formerly a $2+ stock.

OBTW: Mexico is the "kidnapping capitol" of the world per the PBS "...Bulletproof..." show in Discovery. There were a mess of armored and armored/security accessory companies presenting at the car show. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see the new LDI outfit put a LFZA dealership in Mexico City.

Hey, it ain't SIRI or ASAP, but you don't get as much leverage with them either.

John :-)

ps: They're one cool ride..: investorshub.com
